如何确定长难句中“and”并列的成分?
下面几句话该怎么理解,能划分句子结构最好!
e.g.1

e.g.2
The coming of age of the postwar baby boom and an entry of women into the male-dominated job market have limited the opportunities of teen-agers who are already questioning the heavy personal sacrifices involved in climbing Japan's rigid social ladder to good schools and jobs.
and用于并列两个词或分句,可短的还好理解,句子一长或在两个并列的词间有过多的修饰语就有的点找不着北了.希望各位大侠能帮小弟分析下,或者贴出相关的例句也可以,不甚感激!
谢谢hanlingvip的分析，可能是我还没完全说明我的问题。不知道hanlingvip介不介意把你的看句子的思路解释下。比如，对e.g.1中的attention，我第一遍读过去，感觉她好象是跟torpedoes并列，那样句子根本就没法理解了。再读第二遍，又把attention和generation并列起来。
我问我同学，他说语感太差了，但他也解释不清。不知道你能不能提供除“语感”之类以外的解释（也就是你看到这个长句的第一感觉，然后怎么样一步步分析下去的）。顺便问下，如果真的只能靠语感来感觉，那我该怎样去提高语感呢？
