A is the same as B:A 和B比较,AB要相同 例句：economic power is the same as political power经济力量与政治势力一样.
这里A是The weather in China 所以B要是The weather in America.C中的this指代了 The weather 如果只填as则变为“中国的天气”跟“美国”比较,天气不能跟国家相比较.
不过我强烈觉得this应该换成that,因为中国的天气跟美国的天气不是一个,而是两个.而用this感觉好像跟一个似的.
注：没有the same like的用法所以排除B和D
