during our lives,we will definitely come across a lot of diffculties,even crisis which are tough enough to overcome us.this is normal,and what we should do is to treat these crisis as if we are doing something we have been very familar with.
i think the most important point is to keep calm.if we get worried or anxious at the sight of crisis,we will be overcome inside by diffculties.we have to be positive and objective and analise these with rational logic and finally make the right decisions or find best solutions.
also,before we come across these crisises,we should be prepared for this.if we are very familar with something,we will find a way out sooner or later.opportunities favor those who are better prepared,it's true and will always true.
with these in mind,we will no longer fear any diffculties or crisises.
