本文以理论分析作为基础,阐述了民营企业融资环境的现状,包括目前我国民营企业内源融资的特征及外源融资的困难；论文重点分析了“融资难”产生的原因,最终得出改善我国民营企业融资环境的几点建议,包括解决民营企业融资问题的总体思路及创建宽松融资环境的具体做法.

Private businesses have been contributing significantly to the steady and healthy development of the social economy in China,and they have been greasing the wheels of our economy.Currently,although the positive elements are increasing as our economy runs,the fundamental of recovery is still unbalanced and not yet constant,plus the uncertainty of the global financial crisis,the pressure upon exterior demand is still significant,which means that many domestic firms are producing an evident surplus.The development of our economy is yet lacking the motivation and energy to face crisis or conquer difficulties,in the short run expanding domestic demand would be a hard won.Private businesses development is facing tough challenges.
This essay utilised theoretical analysis as basis,assessed the flotation of loan for the private businesses in current situation,including the internal flatation of loan features and external difficulties of private sector.The reason of "hard flotation of loan"is analysed and emphasised in the essay,and ultimate suggestions are made to improve our private sector loaning environment,which includes the overall thinking to the solutions to loaning problems of private firms,and particular methods to create a relaxed market for flotation of loans.
