请问《My winter holiday》这篇英语作文一定要用过去式写吗?写这篇文章有什么好的建议?

可以用一般将来时写,这样就是寒假计划了,我用过,效果还可以但不如过去式的,还是推荐用过去式.写的多一点,像去了哪里,干了什么,玩了什么,吃了什么,最后加我很高兴什么的,再问一句What about you?就差不多了.
