摘 要
本文首先对工程总承包的定义、意义、研究重点、研究状况进行了介绍；
并结合对部分大型国有公司的考察,然后通过简要介绍工程总承包的一些相关知
识,目前,对我国在工程总承包管理中存在的问题进行了系统的分析,并提出了
解决问题的对策,发展总承包工程项目管理提出思路.
