One evening a police officer was driving slowly along a road. He was off duty and was wearing plain clothes.
Suddenly he saw two men running out of a building. He heard someone shouting, “Help! Help! Stop thief!” The police officer was sure that the two men were thieves. He knew he must arrest them.
