world live. One thing travelers don"t of-ten think about before traveling is
how other cultures bathe ( take a bath). And bathrooms in many countries
may be different from the kind you are used to.
In the United States , most people take a shower once a day in the
morning. The showerhead is usually mounted on the wall and cannot be
moved. The bather simply stands under the water, gets wet, scrubs (撩) with
soap and often a washcloth , and then rinses off(洗掉) .
Children often take a bath each night and enjoy playing with small toys
such as boats and rubber ducks. Many adults, especially women, enjoy a
relaxing bath to get rid of stress at the end of the day.
It is important to remember that when you take a shower or bath in the
United States, you should be careful to keep the water inside the bathtub or
shower. Unlike bathrooms in many countries, there is no drain (下水道 )in the floor. If water gets on the floor it cannot go anywhere and must be
cleaned up with a towel or mop. It can also cause problems for the floor. So be careful.

And someone was feeding him ice cream. Then, the guy took a bite of the ice cream himself. How disgusting (恶心的)! At school, classes were pretty much the same as usual. We watched a movie in history class. It was about World War II. The photographers were very brave. They took pictures during the fighting! I don"t think I would do that. In the hallway on the first floor, I saw the most amazing thing. A girl was dressed in a really expensive dress. She wore diamond earrings, and her makeup looked great. I thought she was the president"s daughter! Can you believe it? It was Cecilia Dryer! I almost fainted. She never looks so good. Of course, I could look that good if I wanted to.
