Health is the most important thing to everybody; wealth is the most valuable treasure to everybody. Without health,we can have nothing to talk about.
Looking back on my past, I was in poor health for about two years. My life was in the darkness. Sometimes I was too seriously ill to go to school. I could just play games for at most ten minutes. After that, I was told to exercise as much as possible in order to be in good health . It really works. Now, I’m strong and powerful.
How to be healthy? There’s no secret. But first of all, you must eat more vegetables and do sports about at least one hour every day. At the same time ,you should go to bed early and sleep early. Last but not least, don’t forget to wash hands often, before eating, after going to the restroom …
