Happiness lies first of all in health. I would like to share my experience of keeping healthy with you.
First, eat properly. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables every day. Secondly, do sports regularly. I play basketball after school, and I go swimming at weekends. Besides, go to bed on time. Enough sleep makes me energetic. I feel happy and confident and I think being healthy is really helpful.
