1) 楼上的解释都很详细,答案是A
2）答案应该是B吧?因为后面有“this morning”所以如果是A的话应该改成过去式的was才对.C和D都不适合,而B的is being 中的 -ing 则让这句话的发生时间在"this morning"之内.只有填B才是正确的.
