A carbon footprint is the total amount of greenhouse gases produced to directly and indirectly support human activities,usually expressed by CO2.We know that the engine of a car burns fuel which creates a certain amount of CO2 and the the generation of the electrical power may also have emitted a certain amount of CO2 as well.So when the level of development of a country is high,the production of the cars,heaters and electrical appliances will rise simultaneously,thus enhances the carbon footprint.The improvement of the industry,which enhances the level of development of a country can also promp the factories to produce more greenhouse gases that affect the affects its carbon footprint.
