You are the Supply Chain Manager for the company and have been arguing that splitting the manufacturing facility between Scotland and Poland is going to make matters worse.
The Managing Director disagrees with you as his view is that the current storage and distribution system is outdated and antiquated and needs to be fully overhauled.
He has tasked you with carrying out an investigation into the storage and distribution system within the organisation and to report your findings,to him,giving your proposals for an improved system.He has also asked that you to clearly show the reasons for you decisions.

Prepare a report for your Managing Director that addresses the problem above.
