(d) The terms,provisions,representations and warranties contained in this Agreement that by their sense and context are intended to survive the completion of performance hereunder by either or both parties shall so survive the completion of performance hereunder,termination and/or expiration of this Agreement,including without limitation (i) the making of any and all payments due under this Agreement and (ii) the obligations of the DISTRIBUTOR in Sections 4-6 of this Agreement.
