第一句本身就是错的.应该是Is this factory the one that we visited last year?你的那句话,把that which想成了visited 的宾语,但是visit factory是不对的,先行词factory是可数名词,所以就需要the one作表语.而且必须有,不然本句就会做错.而且有the one 就不能用which.因为先行词是one了.
第二句中可以用that.因为这里visit缺少宾语,that可以作宾语.
