A festival is an event,usually and ordinarily staged by a local community,which centers on some unique aspect of that community.
My favorite festival is Chinese New Year or Lunar New Year,celebration.Because Chinese New Year is a very colorful and an important festival.
On the Eve of Chinese New Year,supper is a feast with families.
There is always dragon or lion dance in local communities.It is believed that the loud beats of the drum can scare away evil spirits.Flowers,mostly plum blossom and the water narcissus,are an important decoration of the celebration.We also have spring couplets expressing best wishes and fortune.During the New Year,people would say BAINIAN happily to congratulate each other on having passed through the ill-fortune that might have happened in the past year,and to welcome the New Year with hopes and wish others prosperity.Children are most excited because they would wear new clothes and receive lucky money wrapped in red paper envelopes.

Healthy eating is to improve nutrition and encourage smart eating habits which means eating a wide variety of foods without getting too many calories or too much of any one nutrient.
Yes,I think my eating is healthy.Because I eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods and enjoy plenty of whole grains,fruits and vegetables.I always maintain a healthy weight.I also eat regular meals with moderate portion and always balance my food choices over time and would not forget to change the choices gradually.
