楼主啊楼主,你要好好学习下《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》了,里面对信用证有详细的解释,而且你还要学习UCP600,里面对L/C的支付方式有着明确的规定.
分批装运必须在合同中注明,L/C是根据双方的合同开出的,L/C里面所有的内容必须要符合合同,不然就会单证不符,银行拒付.每次分批装运的数量必须要体现出来,如果你们有其中任何一次批数数量不对,则该信用证对该批及以后的批数发货均高失效.
