Communication is a two-way process - we obtain information from others and then make our own comments and vice versa.Nowadays,there is just too much information everywhere,usually conflicting with each other as well.Without guidance,we don't know which information reflects the truth and which is just a show-off.We don't know whether our comments are fair.We don't know whether we should help spread the information we've obtained.This is a real problem now.We might need more control and monitoring,especially of the virtual community.
