信的内容要求提到：1,广告上说买随身听送3盘空白磁带,可是没有送.
2,广告上说耳机上面带耳垫,可是没有.
3,音量开关坏了.
4,随身听带自动翻转,可是现在不走了.
5,广告上说一个星期内订货,可以得到20％的优惠,可是只得到了10％的优惠.

I hereby want to make a complaint about your product.There are several problems as following:
1.In your advertisement,customers can get 3 blank tapes free by buying your walkman,but I didn't get them.
2.You also make it clear in your advertisement that the headphone includes a pair of protection sponge and I also didn't get that.
3.The switch of volume is broken.
4.The walkman doesn't work now.
5.I supposed to get a 20% discount by ordering within a week according to your advertisement,instead,I only get 10% discount.
Hope you can take care of it and give me a response ASAP.
