第一题,A和D选项重复了,但应该是选Others,根据上下文意,很多人上学是为了接收教育...,另一些人上学是为了习得谋生技能,故应选Others,B项是另一个,用于单数,通常搭配One...,Another...；C项是每个人.
第二题,选that,用来修饰everything的定语从句,是不定代词只能用that.
