Keeping fit is very important .As we all know that heath is very imporant to all of us ,it is the first ,best and last treasure that we have .If we lost it ,we will lose everything.
How to keep fit Since keeping fit is so important ,how shall we keep it I think we should keep good habits in our daily life.We should go to bed early at night and get up early in the morning .After getting up we need do some physical training ,which is very useful to keep healthy .And then we go to work or to school ,or it may be a hoilday on which we may rest our selves,remember to keep in a good mood .Be positive in work or study in the whole day ,being friendly to others.
