This morning Joe told us that he received an offer from another
company yesterday,We then have a negotiation with him ,trying to give him a best offer.,He agree to accept such package - a basic salary of Rmb 5000 per month plus Rmb 2000 a month as the contribution to social
security .Rmb 7000 should be paid as cash to him every month .He then arrange the payment to Social Security via the local social insurance agency ,If the Company K cannot confirm this offer before this Friday ,he will accept the offer from another
