Nowadays,some may hold the opinion that the stress is a evil thing,but others have a opposite attitude.
The stress problem has attracted public attention,a number of people against be on the stress because they fear on stress.What’more,they believe that the stree would have a negative influence on their life,especially effect their health.
Too much stress lead terrible sleep and bad temper.Time after time.they may shocked down unless they can relieve themselves.
On the contrary,some people enjoy on stress,it force them to work hard,develop their abilities,have a buming desire of life,enhance ther speed of lives.
In my opinion,we shoule devide the stress in two side.On the one hand,be on a certain stress can accelerate the development of social abilities,play an important role in out life.On the other hand,Too much stress may lead a tragedy,if a person under a heavy stress in the long run.he will be obstacled to make progress.
