A young woman was driving through lonely countryside at midnight in the rain when she saw an old woman standing by side of the road. The young woman thought to herself, “I can’t leave her out in his bad weather.” So she stopped the car and opened the door. “Do you want it lift?” she asked. The old woman nodded and climbed in . After a while, the young woman said to her companion, “The weather is terrible for this time of year, isn’t it?” The old woman nodded. Again she spoke to the old woman, “Have you been waiting foe a long time ?” The old woman only shook her head. No matter what she said , the ole woman gave no answer expect a nod or a shake of her head. “What a strange person!” thought the young woman.
