insist意为坚持,后需要用虚拟语气
insist that sb.do sth.,无论人称事态,这里一律要用do
比如insist that he do his homework first,虽然he和do一般情况下不匹配
这里是insist on,我也有点儿拿不准,但考虑到出题的考点设置,还是选C
