On May 12th,a powerful earthquake took place in southwest China.It almost destroyed Sichuan.
More than six thousand people lost their lives.As a middle student in Beijing,I have done lots of things for it.
First,I raised some money for them.I believe a hundred yuan is nothing,but millions of hundred means much.Meanwhile,I gave away some books that I didn’t read.I think these can make their live more colorful.Also,I made some cards with encouraging words.I hope those can cheer them up.
We all know that disasters have no emotions,but we humans do.I believe unity is strength..Let’s make an effort to contribute our love to the victims and help them rebuild their hometown.
