we"我们",泛指包括说话人在内的群体.在此句中“我们不仅降低工资和物价而且减少...”,“我们”应该是有权力降低工资和物价的人或集体,如政府机构.

we不能改为us,因为这是从句的主语,需要主格而不是宾格.从句的引导词that被省略了.

demand后面能跟不定式,如：

I demand to see the manager. 

= I ask to see the manager. （我要求见经理.）

depriving的主语是the aim of psychotherapy,即the aim of psychotherapy is to deprive them of...

而thereby depriving them of their ...意思是“继而使他们失却冲动”.其中,depriving是伴随状语,不需要主语了.

这个结构是“By+将来的时间,主句”.这种情况下,主句时态为将来完成时.

句子意思是：等我们到达意大利时,我们将已经穿过了四个国家.

另例：

By 2050, China will have been the only superpower in the world.
