第一题,问的是财政政策促进就业和保证物价稳定的作用表了政府的哪方面的功能,我觉得保证充分就业和物价的稳定既是保证宏观经济运行的稳定,所以我选A
第二题,问联邦政府通过哪些手段来执行其的再分配功能,我觉得再分配可能涉及的是国民财富的再分配,这个应该是通过税收和转移支付完成的,所以选C
第三题,问下列哪个属于积极个人所得税收系统的表现,这个拿不准,猜的是B,随着收入的增加,税收的边际税率增加.这个应该表现的富人所交的税的税率逐级增加!
