以下是我自己写的英文信片段 有些语句文法跟意思不太确定
想请高手帮我检查检查^o^

有时我觉得你很远可又好像离我很近
Sometimes I may feel that you are far away,yet you appear to be very near to me.

不用随便用yet直接替换but吧.有语法问题或者意义上的问题.我尽量按照你原来的思路修改,没有加太多修饰,请参考：

But I still can't forget the happiness I feel when I know that you are doing what you really like.
有时我觉得你很远可又好像离我很近
Sometimes I feel that you are far away while sometimes you appear to be so close to me
有句话说"两点之间的距离仅仅是距离,别无其他"说的就好像我们
They say,"There's nothing but distance between the two points” just like we do.
但没关系 因为你给我的不只是勇气还有希望
But that's all right,because you have brought me not only the courage but also the hope.
我希望你在未来能很快乐而且要记得照顾自己
I hope and pray that you'll enjoy the happy life and remember to take good care of yourself.
