首先many a 后面必须接单数名词所以B肯定是错的,应该首先排除的.
然后 both the 用法比较常见Both the candidates solicited my vote.
两位候选人都向我拉票.而the both连在一起很少见通常都是分开用的,比如说 burn the candle at both ends; the brothers are both dead.等等
