（1）两句话的Put simply和Simply put是同一个意思死么?
（2）如果是同一个意思,它们在各自的句子中的成分是什么?
（3）这两句话是倒装句么?

这两个词意思相同.
他们的区别在于simply的句子成分不一样,在put simply中,simply作为句子中的补语,而simply put在句子中状语.一个做补语,一个做状语的目的显然就是要强调的对象不同,put simply主要强调的是simply,而simply put要强调的是put.
第一句不存在倒装现象,put simply就相当于是generally speaking的用法.
第二句是一句强调句,强调without speacialists
