as the saying goes, "fashion is made to become unfashionable". at the first sight, there can be no more obvious fact than that in the fashion industry. fashion is perhaps the most dynamic industry, with the most updated design today out of fashion tomorrow. moreover, fashion is deliberately made to do so. with modern technology and today's society's static lifestyle, clothes take a long time to be worn out. fashion industry has no way other than making clothing unfashionable the moment it's made to make consumers want new ones and boost their sales. however, that's said, i still believe there are certain things which will never be out of fashion and they are designed so. many luxurious brands, including LV, Chanel and many more, have a classic pattern which characterises their brands and is present in most of their products regardless of times. such patterns have become an icon of their fashions, a guarantee of quality.
