One day Mrs Green took several pairs of shoes to be repaired.After a few days picked them up and put them away.
Six months later,She and her husband were asked to dinner.She took a pair of shoes.She hadn’t worncoorn them since they were repaired.She put one on her right foot,and then she put the other on her left.She felt domething wrong.She took them off for a closer look.They were the same style,colours and sizes,but each was for the right foot.Then she thought of the shoemaker.Though she was sure he wonldn’t remember her after such a long time.She called him.
“Thank good ness,you finally called.” He said excitedly.
“ An angry woman has been troubling me for months!”
