spend time in doing sth.但这个句型只能用在花时间做某事上其中某事与主语应为主动关系 而本句显然不是我花一晚上的时间锁我自己的意思 所以不能用这个句型 排除B 再来看 ing表进行而ed形式表状态 我被锁在房间里是一种状态所以排除C 选A

看了答案后我觉得这道题考的是非谓语的概念,都被spend迷惑了,我修正自己的解答如下：
I will spend the whole night 是主句
locked in my room是过去分词作伴随状语【因为是被动关系,用过去分词】
preparing for the exam是现在分词做伴随状语【因为是主动,用现在分词】
所以选了A
不知道LZ有没有学到非谓语,蛮复杂的
