All prices in any Contract or this Agreement shall be firm and fixed unless otherwise agreed in
writing. Such prices shall include all charges incurred to the point of delivery, including without limitation, packing, hauling, storage and transportation. However, if Seller reduces its published or standard prices for Product covered by this Agreement and any Contract before Seller completes its performance thereunder, Seller agrees that such reduced prices shall apply to any Product undelivered at the time of reduction.
