If I didn't pass the NYS testing program with one subject(English,Math,Science and Social Studies[I means one from these subjects]) but I pass the class(report card),and my question is may I graduate from the middle school(I'm an eighth grade student,live in NYC,NY)

There is a requirement to pass the NY state test to get the high school Diploma.However,you are in middle school.Students’ test results are only one of the factors that schools use to decide whether to promote a student to the next grade.Each school could have a different policy.I strongly suggest you to ask your school teacher directly.
