More and more teenagers think they are lonely and helpless nowaday.I don't think so.I think we are so lucky lucky to grow up in a peaceful environment and we don't have to worry our lifes.That's the most important,right?
However if we want to grow up healthily,that's not enough.We have to think positive and do things in a positive way.I always say that,'if the God close the door,he will open a window for you'.Every problem has its' way to solve.We must not give up easily.
Second,we can study hard for a better tomorrow.
The third point is,we must have a healthy body to support us.We can do more exercises to get healthy.
There are three points I just mentioned：think positive,study hard and do keep healthy.These are what I think we should do to grow up healthily.
