老婆要我帮她翻译一份文件,我的英文又不好,所以请教英文好的朋友帮个忙.
是一封信,大概意思是这样——
敬爱的Smith先生您好：
我和我的太太购买了一个店面（地址）,8月31日交房之后,从9月1日开始装修房子,至11月15日装修完毕,16日开始出租.在此附上租客支付租金的发票以及银行的账单,请确认一下.
（签名）
要求就是……比较正式化的.
昨天电脑坏了拿去修所以没有上来，
是2010年的事情，所以才会有租金的发票和银行开出的账单。我看见下面推荐答案有用"will"，隐约记得will，will be好像是将来式？有知道的请帮我解释一下以免出错。

My wife and I bought a storefront in/on/at(地址),and the estate has been under our names since 31 August.We started the decoration on 1 September and finish it on 15 November.
The storefront has been rent out since 16 November.Herein the invoice of the rent as well as the bank account bill are enclosed,please make sure you have received them.
