内分型模结构是注射模设计、制造的难点,目前国内模具企业中掌握这项技术的厂家还不是很多.在高档汽车中采用内分型模结构和相关技术的企业,国内主要以大众汽车为主.下面以形状比较复杂的保险杠为例,说明内分型模结构.内分型模采用内分型及二次推出结构,如图2所示.塑件与定模型腔的倒扣位置处有5.5mm的干涉,如采用常规斜面推出,开模时会因塑件拉环而影响精度和损坏模具.为使模具能顺利出模,斜推过程中必须让出足够空间,使塑件在局部弹性变形范围内顺利出模,因此避免斜推块与定模型腔碰撞是设计要点.解决方法:
(1) 开模时在氨气弹簧及拉模扣的作用下,定模型腔与斜推块同步动作,斜推块带动拉快一起运动,也就是开模时利用氨气弹簧推动推杆固定板和推板,保持推板与定模腔的相对位置.
(2) 利用塑件的可变形状,在开模到达预定行程时,再通过斜推块内横向的拉快将将塑件末端向内拉动,使塑件末端脱离定模型腔倒钩处.
(3) 模具开启,塑件与定模型腔分离.
(4) 继续推出,通过斜推块和限位导向的作用控制拉快向外运动,使塑件回复原来形状.
