everyone who loves life hopes to be healthy .As is known to everyone ,money can buy most of things but health .therefore,we should eat some fruit like apples、pears 、bananas and so on .we should also eat vegetables in three meals a day in order to keep our body fit .In addition ,we can do some morning exercises ,and we should go for a walk after supper.In modern time ,we are busy all the day .so more and more people have no time to cook at home ,they have to have meals at restaurant ,actually ,a lot of food outside is lack of nutrition ,and it is bad for our bodies .so it is very important for us to cook at home .
