我国环保产业的投融资过程中存在的问题及对策研究
摘 要：环境保护需要社会各界诸多方面的支持,更离不开大量的资金投入和运作.由于环保投融资机制的不完善,我国环保产业面临投资总量不足和投资效率较低等问题,成为环保事业发展的“瓶颈”.因此探讨我国环保产业投融资过程中存在的问题及对策,促进环保产业正常发展,显得尤为重要和紧迫.本文通过对我国环保产业投融资现状及过程中存在的问题的探讨,并借鉴国际及国内环保产业投融资制度的经验,提出应该积极发展环保产业,促进投融资主体的多元化,合理界定环保投融资主体的事权并重视利用外资进行环保投融资等对策,最终促进我国环保产业更好的、更合理的、更高效的进行投融资,促使环保产业得到充分发展.
