I know your esteemed company for sure.But you know I am not the only owner for our factory.
We have unpaid cases in 2009.And the payment we still could not collect back.
So these make our cash flow tight.As you know we are not as big as Lerado.
I have talked the payment issue with my partner.
And we ask the payment term as follows:
1.For the first shipment ,As it is close to Chinese Lunar New Year.We will have around 10 days
off.So we ask T/T after we present the shipping documents to you by either email or fax.And
after your T/T we forward the shipping documents to you.
2.For future orders,we can accept 30 days credit.But we ask your esteemed company to give us
a standby L/C.
Clara,as you know I am very sincere to work with you.And I view Karime,Ariel,and you as my
friend.But I am not the only owner so I hope to get your kind understanding.

做外贸的吧,我也是,这里的shipment就是“一批货”的意思,有时还是“装船”的意思,比如the date of shipment--装船时间；有时还是运输的意思：air shipment---空运.要看语境了.希望对你有用.
