After entering high school,obviously,our learning task increased.We should learn how to releax ourselves reasonable under the heavy workloads.I will put forward some way to relax as follow:
FIRST:We can watch TV for a while knowing about some national news after finished our homework.Through this way increasing our knowledge.Of course, we also get the news from the Internet.But don't use the internet playing games.
SECOND: We can do sports relaxing ourselves.Sports not only benefit our health,but slao relax ourselves.
Comparing with the two ways, I prefer to sleep relax myself.This way makes my body and soul relax together.I don't have to think to much when I sleep.
Of course,there have many other ways to relax,I just hope everyone can find one way to relax,so that Make our learning more efficient.
