there be就是一固定句型,表示“有”,客观存在的有.他不是there do.反义疑问句都是找出问句中的动词,根据其时态等的不同将其改变形式并提前,这个动词是is,所以是is there,不是does there.
There used to be 的反义疑问句,据我现在刚查的,也应该是be + there?,因为这是there be + used to do的句型,句型重点仍然是在there be 而不是used to.
但是如果句子是主语+ used to,则应该是usedn't + 主语,或didn't +主语.不过对于这个论点,我手头没有工具书,所以推测而已,等俺回去查好了再告诉你.
