"You should see the doctor,"she said."Ask him how to lose weight.It's not good for your health."
"Ok," Jack said,and he went to see a doctor.
The doctor weighed him .Then he said ,"You are 50 kilogams too heavy.You must lose at least 30 kilograms.Eat only fruits and vegetables and run five kilometers a day for the next 100 days.Then call and tell me how much you weigh."
Jack went home and did what the doctor told him .One hundred days later,he called the doctor ."Jack Brown here,doctor,"he said."I'm calling to tell you about my weight.You will be happy to know that I have lost 30 kilograms."
