第一题确实用that, 引出同位语从句,做 consensus （一致的意见）的同位语.
第二题：应该有ranging这个形式,系动名词短语,做more than 6000 other European painting （注意,painting 需要加s,复数）的后置定语.
第三题：如果考虑到前后一致,那么应该用nor do I,因为前面是if you don't.不过要是抠语法的话,这第二个说话人应该说：Well,if you won't, neither will / shallI. 不知出题者用的句子是自己造的还是真的有可靠出处.
