　　As we all know,Bill Gates is a great person,he has done many hardwork and won prise.So what shall we learn from him?As far as I am concerned,there are 3 main points we should learn from him.
　　First,we should work hard in everything as he did for him career.Without hard working,we will never realize any great thing.
　　Second,choose our own life instead of being chosen by others.Our life is ours,not anyone else's.
　　Third,keep a clear mind about the outside world.Just like Bill Gate can always make the right decicion according to the market,we need to know where our situation is and what to do next.
　　I am sure that anybody will succeed if he or she adopt these 3 points.

　　我们都知道,比尔盖茨是个了不起的人.他完成了许多艰巨的工作并获得赞誉,那么我们应该从他那里学点什么呢?在我看来,有三点最值得我们去学习.
　　第一,我们应该象他为事业作出的努力那样,做每件事情都要努力,不努力,我们永远无法实现伟大的成就.
　　第二,选择自己的生活,而不是由别人来选择我们的生活,生活是我们自己的,不是别人的.
　　第三,对外界保持一个清醒的头脑,就象比尔盖茨总能根据市场做出正确的选择一样,我们需要了解所处的境况以及下一步该怎么做.
　　我相信,不管是谁,只要采取这三个要点去做事情,就一定会成功.
