Both her parents were busy and could not drive her to school.Every day at 7:30 she took a school bus there.The bus went around to pick up students every morning and brought them back home every afternoon.
Martha’s parents always set their alarm clock every evening,but one morning it didn’t work.When Martha’s mother opened her eyes,it was already 8 o’clock.She hurried into Martha’s room.“ I’m sorry,dear,” she said,“ but you’ll have to wash and dress very quickly,have a quick breakfast and then I’ll drive you to school.”

上个月起玛莎开始上学了,学校离她家有几千米远.但是父母都很忙,没时间开车载她去学校.玛莎只好每天早晨7:30乘校车上学.校车每天早上来接学生们,下午送他们回家.
玛莎的父母晚上会设好早闹铃,可有一天早晨,闹钟坏了.当玛莎的母亲醒来,已是8点整.她匆匆跑进玛莎的卧室,说道：“虽然很抱歉,但是,亲爱的,你得赶快洗漱穿戴好,简单吃点早餐,我来送你去学校.”
“可是,妈妈,你知道去学校的路怎么走吗?”
“不知道,但是你会帮我指路的,对吧?”
“当然会了~”
玛莎告诉母亲这里右转,那里左转,像这样,在玛莎到达学校之前,她让母亲几乎绕着镇子开了个遍.而最后,玛莎的母亲才发现,学校其实离她们家不太远.
