好吧我说大话了其实我英语很糟糕.个人是先写了英语后翻成中文,可能会有些太过直译.
若想给他人一个好印象,最基本且最重要的就是要穿着合适整洁.如果你穿得像个刚从非洲逃跑的难民,那么我敢打赌你所有的评审员都会直接把你从名单上踢出.
接着,你一定要有端庄的礼仪.你不必和当场的所有人握手,但至少响亮的向他们打招呼.最好的表现你的礼貌的方法就是一直面带微笑.如果你是个迷人的小伙子或是漂亮的女士,那么这个方法将变得更有效果.
整个面试过程中,你的自信将会起到关键作用.要与他人进行眼神联系,你或别人发言时千万不要眼神漂移不定或是翻转眼球.记住,你发言时,你可以语速稍缓,但一定要咬字清晰以确定所有人都明白你在说什么,并感受到你事先做过充分准备.
不要耍小聪明.你可以开几个玩笑,但不能当面试的小丑.如果对方向你提问,思考要快,或是甚至根本不要思考.任何的犹豫只可能给采访者带来不好的印象.更重要的是,任何的断续都会显示你无能力胜任工作最后导致落选.

To give others a good impression,the most essential and important staff is to dress properly and neatly.If you wear like a refugee who just ran away from Africa,then I'll bet that all the judgements at the interview will directly kick your name out of their name lists.
Then,you must have a good manner.You don't need to shake hands with everybody in the room,but at least say "Hello!" brightly and clearly to your interviewers.Always wearing a smile on your face is the best way to show your politeness.It will be more powerful if you are a charming guy or a beautiful lady.
During the interview,your confidence will work as the key of the whole process.Keep using eye contacts with others,never roll your eyeballs or look at somewhere else while you or others are speaking.Remember,you might speak slowly,but your words must be clear enough to make sure that everyone can understand you and feel your well preparation.
Don't try to be smart.You may make some jokes ,but not the interview clown.Think fast,or even don't think if they ask you questions.Any hesitation can only give the interviewers a bad impression.What's more,the interruption in your interview may shows you don't have the competence and leads a failure.
