For purposes of this Agreement,the terms defined in the recital of the parties shall
have the meanings given to them therein,the following terms shall have the meanings indicated and the plural form of any term defined herein in the singular shall merely express the grammatical plural of that defined term unless otherwise expressly provided herein.
